About

The story so far

I'm Favour Ekeleme — known across Web3 as PlutoDev. I got into Web3 through curiosity. Stayed because of the people. And realized pretty quickly that my real edge wasn't just technical — it was making complex things click for others.

Before I ever wrote a line of smart contract code, I was already pulling people together, organizing spaces, and figuring out how to explain things in ways that actually landed. That instinct became the foundation of everything I do now as a Developer Relations Engineer.

Today I work across ecosystems — speaking at events, creating technical content, running community programs, and helping protocols reach the builders they actually need. I don't just talk about adoption. I show up and do the work.

Community Building

Creating welcoming spaces where developers learn, collaborate, and ship together.

Developer Education

Teaching smart contract development, blockchain analytics, and Web3 tooling.

Ecosystem Advocacy

Representing and growing ecosystems like Arbitrum, Base, Solana, and Filecoin.

Long-term Building

Focused on sustainable growth and meaningful adoption, not short-term hype.
